Good Bad Attitude

Was reading Paul Graham's essay entitled Good Bad Attitude. For some reason, each of the words from the following paragraph resonated in me:

Hackers are unruly. That is the essence of hacking. And it is also the essence of American-ness. It is no accident that Silicon Valley is in America, and not France, or Germany, or England, or Japan. In those countries, people color inside the lines.

We have some fabulous people taking care of the library at my current employer. I am eagerly awaiting the book - "Hackers and Painters" by Paul Graham, that they ordered at Amazon upon my request, to arrive! The book is not available in local stores.

Upon reconciling the ToC of Hackers and Painters, against the list of essays published by Paul Graham on his website, I found that the following essays from the book haven't been published on his website:

6. How to make wealth.
7. Mind the Gap.
10. Programming Languages Explained.
11. The Hundred-Year Language.
14. The Dream Language.
